1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ug775 platform — whether through the website at ug775.app, any associated mobile application, or any other delivery channel operated by ug775 — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of ug775 after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To open an account and play on ug775, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on ug775. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms. If ug775 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person, all accounts except the first registered may be closed and any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. ug775 will use this information for identity verification and to process your withdrawals. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ug775 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. ug775 will never ask for your password through email, chat, or phone. 3.4 Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the Cashier section of your ug775 account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum single withdrawal is ₱200.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are typically processed within one banking day.
• ug775 reserves up to 72 hours to review large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements may delay or restrict withdrawal of the bonus balance.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first satisfy the stated wagering requirement.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ug775 sportsbook markets — including PBA, boxing, sports, esports, and sabong — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. ug775 does not accept cancellation requests after a wager has been placed and confirmed on the bet slip.
• Minimum single bet: ₱20. Maximum bets vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• In the event of an event cancellation, bets are voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet in full.
• If a result is changed by an official governing body after initial settlement, ug775 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets accordingly.

• Live in-play bets are settled based on the official result. Any bet placed after the relevant event or market has concluded will be voided.

8 Game Rules

Casino games, bingo, and live dealer games available on ug775 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. • Game results are final once the round or hand is completed and settled by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and the stake returned. Partial or in-progress rounds cannot be honored if the system cannot determine a valid outcome.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market, including coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes or arbitrage bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or system errors. Any winnings resulting from an identified exploit will be voided.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using ug775 for any purpose that violates Philippine financial regulations.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

ug775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulations. In such cases:

• The account holder will be notified at the registered email address where possible.
• Funds held in the account will be reviewed. Legitimate deposited funds not derived from prohibited activity will be returned following resolution of the investigation.
• Bonus balances and any winnings directly linked to a Terms violation may be voided.
